Dozens of French Muslims Training with Taliban in Pakistan

(AP-Washington Post) Dozens of French Muslims are training with the Taliban in northwestern Pakistan, Pakistani intelligence officials said Saturday. Mohamed Merah said he trained with al-Qaeda in Pakistani Waziristan. Some 85 Frenchmen have been training with the Pakistani Taliban in North Waziristan for the past three years, according to the intelligence officials.
