Survey: Palestinians Want Democracy Like Israel's

(Israel21c) Palestinians in the territories view Israeli democracy as the preferred model for a regime that they would like to see applied in the future Palestinian state, according to a survey released at a conference in Jerusalem this week. The Palestinians rank Israeli democracy before Western democracies such as the U.S., France, Germany, and others, according to surveys held by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research in Ramallah.
