Ambush of Police Truck Carrying Prisoners in Northern Syria Kills 14

(AP-Washington Post) A string of explosions struck a police truck transporting prisoners in northwestern Syria on Saturday, killing at least 14 people. Troops fought intense battles against defectors elsewhere in northern Syria, activists said, leaving "dozens" of people wounded.
