Powell: Arab Response to Berg Not Enough

(AP/FOX News) - Secretary of State Powell scolded Arab governments Sunday for not expressing more outrage over the videotaped beheading of an American civilian in Iraq. Powell said he told Arab leaders, "When you are outraged at what happened at the [Abu Ghraib] prison, you should be equally, doubly outraged at what happened to Mr. Berg."
