Hamas Denies Report of Ceasefire with Israel
(Maan News-PA) Hamas on Thursday denied the report by the Israeli daily Ha'aretz that the party's leader Khalid Mashaal had instructed Hamas militants not to fire at Israel, after reconciliation talks with Mahmoud Abbas in Cairo. Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum told Maan the report was "worthless" and did not merit a response.
