Israel Offers PA Rail Link between West Bank and Gaza

(Ha'aretz) Aluf Benn - Israel has offered the Palestinian Authority a rail line linking the Gaza Strip and West Bank. The offer was made by Minister Haim Ramon with the approval of Prime Minister Sharon.
