(Ynet News) Yitzhak Benhorin - In two weeks, the EU will present the Americans with a proposal detailing the mechanism to funnel aid to the Palestinians, while ensuring that funds don't reach Hamas. Under the new mechanism, funds will not be used to pay the wages of PA employees.
