Hamas Leaders Say They Will Not Recognize Israel, Hold Talks
(AP/Guardian-UK) Mark Lavie - In Jordan, Hamas leaders Mahmoud Zahar and Saeed Syiam dismissed any future peace talks with Israel, calling past negotiations "a failed experiment.'' "We don't consider the Israeli enemy a partner," Zahar asserted. "Why should we recognize Israel?"
