Israeli Becomes European Taekwondo Champion
(Jerusalem Post) Allon Sinai - Bat El Geterer, 23, claimed a gold medal at the European Taekwondo Championships in St. Petersburg, Russia, Thursday, winning the under-57 kg. competition. Geterer, who represented Israel at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, beat a Ukrainian opponent 8-2 in the final for her fifth win of the day.
