Abbas Says 1967 Borders Are Precondition for Talks

(Ynet News) Ali Waked - Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas said Tuesday: "We will renew negotiations if the settlements are completely halted and the 1967 borders recognized as the borders of the Palestinian state." He also commended the European Union on a proposal to declare eastern Jerusalem the future capital of a Palestinian state.
