Peres: Israel Can't Stop Natural Growth in Settlements

[JTA] Ron Kampeas - Israel cannot control natural settlement growth, Israeli President Shimon Peres told Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday. Peres said he told Biden that "Israel cannot instruct settlers in existing settlements not to have children or get married."
