French Foreign Minister: Jerusalem Construction "Not an Obstacle to Negotiations"

[Ynet News] Attila Somfalvi - Visiting French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said Wednesday that Israel's plan to build additional housing in Jerusalem's Gilo neighborhood "should not be an obstacle to resuming negotiations." Kouchner also said that France would not recognize a unilateral Palestinian declaration of statehood.
