U.S. Commerce Department Waives Syria Sanctions

[Forbes] Claudia Rosett - The U.S. Department of Commerce has approved a license allowing Boeing to go ahead with major overhauls of two 747 jetliners belonging to Syria's state-owned Syrian Arab Airlines.
