The Israel Defense Forces Plan for the Future

(Ynet News) Ron Ben-Yishai - IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Aviv Kochavi is working on a multi-year program called "Momentum" to give the State of Israel a more efficient, modern and powerful army.
