[AP/CNN] Silvio Berlusconi, a staunch U.S. ally, scored a decisive victory in Italy's parliamentary elections, setting the course for his third stint as premier. Berlusconi is also one of Israel's closest friends in Europe. On Monday, he said he would make the first foreign visit of his new term to Israel to mark the country's 60th anniversary.
