(Ha'aretz) Jonathan Lis - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on Monday, "The amount of Iranian weapons transfers to Hizbullah through Syria has significantly dropped since the downing of the Russian plane" by Syria in September.
