(Times of Israel) Stuart Winer - Israel denied a request by former Hamas prime minister Ismail Haniyeh for his sisters to be permitted to visit Gaza to take part in a wedding, linking the decision to Hamas' apparent detention of two Israelis. IDF Maj. Gen. Yoav Mordechai said Israel would not take Haniyeh's humanitarian needs into consideration because Israel's own "humanitarian issues" in Gaza were not being taken into consideration by Hamas' leadership.
