(Ha'aretz) Amos Harel - Shin Bet sources say a Tanzim cell from the Tulkarm area was behind the shooting rampage at Kibbutz Metzer on Sunday night. They say Fatah's armed forces are now splinter groups operating as "local gangs" and no longer obey a central authority.
