(Ha'aretz) - Arnon Regular The head of the Shin Bet security service, Avi Dichter, met Sunday with the secretary of the Palestinian National Security Council, Jibril Rajoub, in the Jerusalem area. Rajoub once controlled the most organized security force in the West Bank. He had also personally opposed the armed intifada.
