[Jerusalem Post] Herb Keinon and Yaakov Katz - According to Israeli intelligence, Hizballah is smuggling cash into the Gaza Strip and is paying several thousand dollars for each rocket attack on Israel, with the amount dependent on the number of Israelis killed or wounded. While Islamic Jihad was behind most of the recent rocket attacks, other terrorist groups are also involved and have received direct funding from Hizballah. Islamic Jihad gets the money via its headquarters in Damascus, while Fatah's Tanzim and the Popular Resistance Committees receive payment from Hizballah in Lebanon.
