[Jerusalem Post] Herb Keinon - British spokesman Martin Day said in an interview in Dubai with Al-Arabiya television last week that the British government finances "projects aimed at halting [Israeli] settlement activities....We also finance organizations that monitor settlement activities." Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor said, "We can't recall any other case of a democratic country funding political activities inside another democratic country."
