Obama himself rebuked illiberal Arab governments for using the conflict with Israel as a means to distract from their own internal dysfunctions. However, the dysfunctions that have retarded progress in the Arab-Muslim world exist independent of Israel. Making the Middle East Judenrein will not bring peace, order and good government to the Arab-Muslim world.
