[Washington Post] Albert Aji - The Arab League rejected an international arrest warrant issued on March 4 for Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir on charges of war crimes in Darfur, and Qatar has done the same, clearing the way for the Sudanese leader to attend an Arab summit there later this month.
