(Times of Israel) The MV Helios Ray arrived at Dubai on Saturday. The vessel, a cargo ship carrying vehicles, was in transit from Saudi Arabia to Singapore. After Friday's explosion off Iran's coast at the entrance to the Persian Gulf, the ship was forced to stop for repairs. The area saw a series of explosions in 2019 that the U.S. Navy blamed on Iran.
