(Jerusalem Post) Seth J. Frantzman - Russia has deployed MiG-29s and Su-24 jets to Libya after ten Russian Pantsir air defense systems there were reportedly destroyed by Turkish drones. Turkey has poured Syrian mercenaries and its Bayraktar drones into Tripoli to support the government of western Libya in a civil war with the eastern Libyan government of Khalifa Haftar.
