(AZFamily-Phoenix) Federal authorities on Thursday arrested Ali Yousif Ahmed Al-Nouri, 42, believed to be the leader of an al-Qaeda terrorist group in Iraq, for his role in the murder of two Iraqi police officers in 2006. It is unclear how long Al-Nouri had lived in Arizona.
