Turkey Offers Reward for Capture of Palestinian Leader Mohammad Dahlan

(Jerusalem Post) Seth J. Frantzman - Turkey is offering a $700,000 reward for "information leading to the capture" of former Palestinian security leader Mohammad Dahlan for involvement in the 2016 Turkish coup attempt. Dahlan lives in the United Arab Emirates. In October, Dahlan told the Middle East Broadcasting Center, "I consider these fabricated charges an insult to the Turkish people and the Turkish army."
