(JTA) Argentina has asked Azerbaijan to arrest former Iranian foreign minister Ali Akbar Velayati - who has been implicated in ordering the bombing in 1994 of the Buenos Aires AMIA Jewish center - when he attends a conference in Baku on Nov. 14-15.
