(Hurriyet-Turkey) Turkey "strongly" condemned an air strike on its military convoy heading through Syria's Idlib province on Aug. 19, which killed three civilians and wounded 12. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the attack was carried out by Syrian and Russian air forces, and was aimed at hindering the convoy's advance. Turkish defense officials said the attack was a violation of agreements with Russia. The Turkish convoy was attacked en route to one of its 12 observation posts in and on the edge of Idlib.
