[AP/International Herald Tribune] The UN Security Council called for disarming Hizbullah and all other militias in Lebanon and a long-term solution to the conflict between Lebanon and Israel. A statement adopted by consensus Tuesday reiterates its commitment "to the full implementation of all provisions of Resolution 1701" which ended the 2006 war between Israel and Hizbullah.
