(Jerusalem Post) Yonah Jeremy Bob - The Haifa District Court on Wednesday ruled that the state can confiscate ships used in flotillas to break the IDF's naval blockade of Gaza, saying it has a right to do so under international law because of the ongoing state of war with Hamas which runs Gaza. The ruling sets a precedent which could deter future flotillas.
