(Anadolu-Turkey) Qais Abu Samra - The Palestinians will take a U.S.-proposed plan aimed at resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), Saeb Erekat, a member of Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Executive Committee, said Monday. "We seek to get an ICJ endorsement that this plan runs counter to international legitimacy resolutions that east Jerusalem is an occupied territory," he said.
