Israel Confirms Deal Reached with Jordan to Reopen Embassy

(Ha'aretz) Jack Khoury and Noa Landau - Israel and Jordan have reached an agreement on reopening the Israeli embassy in Amman, closed since two Jordanians were killed by an Israeli security guard last July after he had been attacked and wounded. Israel formally apologized for the deaths and agreed to pay compensation to the families, as well as for an incident in which a Jordanian judge was killed in March 2014 at the Jordan River crossing.
