(Ha'aretz) Noa Landau - Turkish President Erdogan said Tuesday that if President Trump recognizes Jerusalem as Israel's capital, this "will result in Turkey's cutting diplomatic ties with Israel." A senior Israeli official responded that "Jerusalem has been the Jewish capital for 3,000 years and the capital of Israel for 70 years, whether Erdogan recognizes it as such or not."
