Israel Offers Quake Help to Iran, Iraq, But Immediately Turned Down

(Times of Israel) Raphael Ahren - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday offered humanitarian assistance to the victims of the earthquake that has killed hundreds in Iran and Iraq, but was immediately rebuffed.
