(Ynet News) Alex Fishman - Egypt is preparing to open the Rafah border crossing this September, allowing free passage of Palestinian civilians from Gaza to Egypt and back. Egypt has invested millions of dollar in preparing the crossing for its reopening. The crossing was closed when Hamas came to power 10 years ago.
