(Telegraph-UK) Josie Ensor - Hashim Abedi, 20, the brother of Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi, was a member of a jihadist cell planning an attack on the UN's special envoy to Libya. Cell members were in the late stages of building an explosive device when their plot to target Martin Kobler in Tripoli earlier this year was interrupted.
