(Ha'aretz) Yaniv Kubovich and Gili Cohen - A Palestinian man, 18, from the West Bank wounded four people in Tel Aviv on Sunday. The assailant was apprehended. He had an entry permit issued at the request of Natural Peace Tours, a travel and tourism service for Palestinians.
