Quartet Report on Stalemate in Israeli-Palestinian Peace Process Blames Both Sides

(Ha'aretz) Jack Khoury - The Palestinians expressed disappointment at the version of a report they had received in advance of its release by the Middle East Quartet on the stalemate in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. The report is expected to be critical of both Israel and the Palestinians. The report stated that Israel and the Palestinians could reach an agreement only through cooperation, and not through unilateral steps.
