(Reuters) Warren Strobel and Mark Hosenball - U.S. intelligence assessments have concluded that Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps personnel were training and equipping Houthi rebels in Yemen. Saudi ambassador to Washington Adel al-Jubeir noted Thursday, "The first thing the Houthis did when they entered and occupied Sanaa was to free Iranian Revolutionary Guards operatives and Hizbullah operatives from the jails."
