(Arab News - Saudi Arabia) - Saudi Arabia and Libya signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement on Sept. 3rd in Jeddah to boost bilateral cooperation in the economic, trade, investment, technical, sport, scientific, and industrial fields, including oil and petrochemicals, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
