(Middle East Newsline) - Saudi Arabia has expressed interest in upgrading much of its F-15 fleet. In 1981, Saudi Arabia procured 91 F-15C/D fighter-jets from the U.S. and Riyadh wants to improve their avionics and weapons payload.
