(AP/Washington Post) - Secretary of State Colin Powell said Monday in an interview broadcast to the Arab world that while Saudi Arabia has been "especially aggressive" in responding to U.S. terrorism requests, "we still have issues with respect to financing, and how money gets to charitable organizations."
