(Jerusalem Post) Benjamin Weinthal and Jonny Paul - The European Union has moved toward a consensus on outlawing the armed wing of Hizbullah, with its inclusion on the EU terror list slated for later this year. The EU will continue to recognize Hizbullah's political arm as a legal organization, sources said.
