(AP/Washington Post) Jordan will not allow Western military aircraft to use its territory in a war against neighboring Iraq, the country's prime minister said Thursday. Some Western diplomats have suggested that Jordan, along with Saudi Arabia and Oman, was hampering U.S. preparations for a war by refusing to allow British and other jet fighters to refuel.
