(FOX News) - The president of the U.S.-backed Iraqi Governing Council, Abdel-Zahraa Othman, was among four Iraqis killed in a car bomb attack Monday outside coalition headquarters in central Baghdad. Othman was a Shiite and leader of the Islamic Dawa Movement in the southern city of Basra.
