(Deutsche Welle-Germany) - Some 400 delegates from 55 countries are taking part in a two-day conference in Berlin on anti-Semitism sponsored by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. A survey published by ADL found that anti-Jewish sentiment has decreased across the continent.
