(AP/Ha'aretz) The number of anti-Jewish acts in France dropped in 2003 compared to the year before, but was still higher than any year in the 1990s, the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights said in a 650-page report that cataloged every recorded act of anti-Semitism and racism for the year.
