(AP-CBS News) NATO spokeswoman Oana Lungescu Saturday accused Muammar Gaddafi of using human shields, saying the Libyan leader is "brutally attacking" his people and using mosques and children's parks as shields for his military operations. In addition, rebels have previously accused Gaddafi of storing weapons in places like the ancient Roman ruins at Leptis Magna.
