(Ha'aretz) Jack Khoury - IDF troops fired mistakenly at Palestinian security forces in Nablus in the West Bank on Tuesday as they carried out arrests, lightly wounding one Palestinian security officer. Palestinian security personnel often do not wear uniforms.
